Newbie starting out looking to get rid of that loose rectum and tighten things around my bowel, build muscle tone there, and get better bowel movements.
“What's the best program for a loose rectum? Or will all the programs strengthen the exterior sphincter complex?”

Loose rectum, that’s a difficult subject for me to think about. That’s why I came to K-fit Kegel to help in my research of a somewhat similar problem, and hoping that I would find a solution to air passing almost free of will, and not being able to hold back diarrhea on three occasions. Fortuitously, I was at home during each of those three episodic adventures, so I only had clean-up duty when all was said and done.
The K-fit therapy seems to have strengthened my sphincters, my anus too; both areas are involved with my problems.
For a couple of years or more, I have also been losing air, seemingly without control. Sometimes quietly, sometimes with noise; however, the escaping air has not embarrassed me in public yet. Nevertheless, I am leaking air and wanted to thwart a public experience.
Knowing that the internal probe was strengthening my external sphincter (possible the internal sphincter too), I decided to slide it out some of the way to discern the reaction with my anus. Moreover, it is there that a much smaller area can be touched upon, and the contractions when ‘on the spot’ with the probe, produces a tightening that is 45 to 60% of the internal contractions experienced with the sphincter. One has to manipulate the probe with miniscule movements to find ‘the spot’. My anus is now favorably responding to the therapy too.
Delicate subjects, embarrassing to discuss in the beginning; however, we are all on the same ship, one way or another, and this is an opportunity for all of us to share and learn. Now, I have done both.
Contractions are the name of the game; they are what we are looking for…
NOW, I am knowledgeable and thank Aimee for providing the information to get me involved in the K-fit therapy, which has been so beneficial.
