Every program is Work/Rest. You can see the little triangles at the upper right corner of the screen that will cycle between Work and Rest during the course of the program. You will see that during the Rest portion of the program, your toning unit will drop to 0 mA's. During the Work portion, the mA's will ramp back up to the last number set. If you set the program to 60 mA's then after the 0 rest period, your toner will automatically go back to 60 mA's. You should not try to adjust your program during the 0 rest period. Wait to make adjustments until the Work portion has begun again.
